Duties of the Marketing & Communications Manager Manager:

 

  • Study, plan & rebrand VTC, VTC Solutions and Partners accordingly
  • Develop and or update  marketing strategy for VTC
  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying new customers.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Creating promotions with advertising managers.
  • Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Compiling lists describing our offerings.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning of VTC and Partner Projects
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy of VTC and Partner Projects
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan of VTC and Partner Projects to entire team and assigning roles.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish and ensuring its implementing according
  • Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
  • Evaluating & analysing competitors  
  • Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.



Requirements for the position:

 

  • Atleast an HND in Marketing, Business Development or Management field
  • Sufficient prior knowledge in Market Data & Strategies
  • Prior track developing business plans, marketing plans,etc.
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • Understanding of public relations.
  • Advanced communication skills.

  • Bilingualism (French & English),
  • Research,  Writing & Presentation( powerpoint, etc.)
  • Capable  of identifying of Customer Needs and Challenges,

  • Reporting skills, analytical, etc.
  • Use of software tools from office , to desktop, to web application and mobile applications like ERPs( Top CRMS & Sales Automation Tools)
  • Knowledge ( especially Marketing Knowledge) of the Technology and Digital marketplace.
  • Demonstrates excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Must be organized with strong analytical skills, territory and time management skills.

  • Possesses strong selling and negotiating skills

  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships.

Working conditions

  • The position is full time.
  • Working days shall be Monday to Saturday (8am – 5:30pm). In the absence of any urgent tasks, work on Saturday would finish at 1:00 pm.
