Visionary Technologies Company’s Business Developer( VTC BD) will be tasked with the day-to-day business operation of the VTC and reportedly reports directly to the Managing Director and will be among the top management of VTC.

VTC’s Business Developer will focus is developing & executing VTC’s business plans according to its business model, while a Managing Director is concerned with long-term business goals and the outlook for a company

Develop VTC Business Operations, General control, marketing Plans, lobbying and Strategic decisions to remain front line.

  • Brainstorm creatively to unlock the next-level growth available by creating Business Development partnerships and growth relationships

  • Present StaidLogic to prospective clients
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
  • Designing and implementing VTC & other business plans & operations
  • Managing the entire VTC team by ensuring every team member understands his or her duty & responsibilities.

  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the MD in all matters of importance
  • Assist MD in fundraising ventures and attending investor relations meetings
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • 100% accountability and ownership of NXP’s performance within the assigned account(s)
  • Build demand for NXP offerings with existing or future Customers by working and influencing their end-customers and ecosystem participants.
  • Develops markets and influences customers' customers
  • Creates an Application focused Strategy for the area of responsibility and in alignment with the BLs and deploys these into his or her area of responsibility.
  • Owns the design, deployment and execution of a winning account strategy to identify each project, device, and win every opportunity for NXP
  • Identifies key decision makers within customer engineering, executive team, purchasing and establishes relationships in favor of NXP
  • Coordinates extended team of Business Line (BL), NXP Management Team, and Customer Application Solution (CAS) to execute strategy with speed and quality
  • Identifies, qualifies, and closes all design-in opportunities
  • Defines early engagement model at accounts for new business models
  • Feeds customer inputs to BLs to shape their solution roadmaps
  • Coordinates globally and facilitates joint business meetings across units, geographies and drives strategy towards the BL (i.e., roadmap development, alignment of support resources)
  • Creates negotiation strategies for deals partnering with the business lines to ensure business objectives are met
  • Identifies and captures growth opportunities
  • Facilitates development of solutions with the client as a relationship, helping them design future products and being an ecosystem player in the customer buying group
  • Where needed provides and maintains up to date and accurate forecasts that provide visibility of the progression of opportunities in the customer so decisions and commitments can be made and met. This forecast will be delivered through NXP’s Opportunity Management System (SFDC)

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Critical Thinker & Quick Learner with Excellent Attention to Detail
  • 0-1 Years of Professional Experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Digital Media
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)

  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office

  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Bachelor/Master Degree Electrical or Computer Science Engineering
  • Proven track record of fast pace, high tech selling
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • English language required with Spanish fluency recommended
  • 5-10 years of focused account management experience
  • Willing to travel as needed (60%)
